On March 15, 2024, the national standard GB/T 43795-2024 "Test Method for Mechanical Strength of Magnetic Cores Made of Magnetic Oxide" under the jurisdiction of the National Magnetic Standards Committee was officially released.
GB/T 43795-2024 specifies the testing method for mechanical strength of magnetic cores made of magnetic oxides, and is also applicable to the measurement of mechanical strength of metal magnetic powder cores. It is a national standard developed in synchronization with the international standard IEC 61631 ED1 "Test method for the mechanical strength of cores made of magnetic oxides" led by China. IEC 61631 was released and implemented in May 2020, completing the task of developing both international and national standards for this standard.
The development of this standard was led by Hengdian Group East Magnetic Co., Ltd., which gathered excellent domestic industry university research units and senior experts. Ten units including China Electronics Standardization Research Institute, Ma'anshan Xinkangda Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd., Shandong Chunguang Magnetic and Electric Technology Co., Ltd., China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Ninth Research Institute, Hai'an County Yingqiu Magnetic Components Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Jiulongwang High tech Electronics Co., Ltd., Changshu Pieerqi Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Institute of Metrology Science and Technology, and Shenzhen Platinum New Materials Co., Ltd. jointly participated in the preparation. After multiple meetings and discussions during the preparation process, multiple units of the preparation team jointly conducted a large amount of theoretical data deduction, experimental verification, and data review. The hard work of the preparation team finally resulted in today's achievements.
GB/T 43795-2024 "Test Method for Mechanical Strength of Magnetic Cores Made of Magnetic Oxide" is an important part of the measurement method standard system of the National Magnetic Standards Committee.
